At Kindred Home Care, LLC, our goal is to keep our clients and staff healthy. That's why we take COVID-19 procedures and protocols very seriously, closely monitor for updated procedures, and strictly comply with the recommended guidelines from the following institutions:

Precautions

We do everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our staff, caregivers, and clients healthy. Our staff and caregivers receive continued training on infection control and infection prevention practices, and our strict compliance with recommended guidelines keeps our team and our clients safe and healthy:

• Staff and caregivers are also instructed to self-monitor before every shift. If they feel any symptoms, they know to stay home from work and get tested.

• Testing and a 14-day quarantine for sick staff are mandatory.

• Our on-duty staff and caregivers comply with our mandatory handwashing and mask protocols. All caregivers wash their hands before and after every client interaction and wear a mask at all times.

Vaccine and Booster

To protect our clients, staff, and caregivers from the health repercussions of COVID-19, we require our care providers to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We also require all our care providers to have received one vaccine booster.
